Minimum Job Requirements:
The minimum requirements to qualify for employment as a Consultant with IBA are a college
degree and ten years direct business experience in mid- to upper-level management positions.
A significant number of our Consultants have Masters and Doctorate degrees, as well as
numerous professional certifications across multiple industries and disciplines.
Position Description:
Our consultants are skilled at designing processes and integrating them into effective working
solutions. During the course of an engagement, approximately one third of the consultant's time
is spent in the design and development of solutions to the deficiencies identified by the Analyst.
Two thirds of the consultant's time in the implementation of those solutions with the Client and
the Client's employees. The successful Business Consultant is an independent take-charge individual
and is an effective oral and written communicator with a solid understanding of how to operate a
business. The Business Consultant is adept at social interactivity and people management, and has
proficient financial, analytical and mathematical skills.
